Bespoke personal software

Your business runs on relationships. Your software should fit them.

I build custom relationship systems for people whose network outgrew their memory β€” shaped around how you actually work, delivered in about a week, and owned outright. No subscription. No per-seat pricing. No compromise.

Meridian's Today view: priority conversations, introductions to make, clients at risk, live signals, and highest-ROI conversations ranked with reasons.

Meridian's β€œToday” engine β€” who to talk to and why, every morning. Shown with sample data.

Meridian on a phone: the People list with photos, cohorts, relationship strength and last contact.

The same system in a pocket.

The first build

Built for one wealth manager. Not configured β€” built.

My cousin works in wealth management. His business is allocators, founders, connectors, and clients β€” and none of it fit the tools he tried. Salesforce wanted a sales team he doesn't have. The personal-CRM apps wanted him to work their way. So his network lived in his head, his phone, and a spreadsheet he didn't trust.

Over one weekend I built him Meridian: a relationship operating system shaped around how he actually works.

His five cohorts β€” Capital, Companies, Opportunities, Influence, Clients β€” are the vocabulary of the software, not labels bolted onto someone else's pipeline. His year-end targets are the scorecard. His morning digest arrives at 8:00 AM his time. That precision is what a bespoke build buys.

What a build includes

Everything a network needs to compound

One-click capture

Viewing a profile on LinkedIn, one click files the person β€” AI reads the page, classifies them (Founder, Capital Allocator, Family Office, Connector…), and pulls role, company, photo, and a one-line summary into the right cohort.

A β€œToday” engine

Who to talk to today and why: relationship-strength scores, silence alarms, priority conversations, and the introductions worth making.

Voice notes β†’ memory

Talk for thirty seconds after a meeting. The system files who you met, what changed, and what to follow up on β€” before you forget it.

Your categories, your targets

Cohorts, scoring, and a green-light scorecard measured against your own year-end goals β€” not a template's.

A daily digest

Every morning, a push notification with the day's priorities. A weekly review shows what your effort actually changed.

Phone and desktop

An installable app that syncs both ways. Capture on the laptop, act from the pocket.

The part that matters

You own it. Entirely.

Your system is deployed to your own cloud account and runs on its free tier β€” $0/month to host. There is no subscription, no per-seat pricing, no company that can raise prices, get acquired, or shut down with your data inside.

You hold the keys, the code, and the data. If I disappeared tomorrow, your software would keep working. That is the whole point: software that fits like a tailored suit β€” and is owned like one.

Adrian β€” wealth management, the first build

How it works

Call to keys in about a week

The call

Thirty minutes, free. You tell me how your relationship work actually runs β€” your categories, your rhythm, your targets. I tell you exactly what I'd build.

The build

About a week, flat fee agreed up front. No hourly meter, no scope drift, no surprises.

Builds from US$2,500

The handover

Deployed to your own cloud account. You own the code, the data, and the keys β€” with a walkthrough so it's truly yours.

The care plan

Optional. I keep it healthy, fix what breaks, and ship the tweaks you ask for. Cancel anytime β€” the software still works.

From US$150/month

Who this fits

  • Independent wealth managers & family offices
  • Founders raising rounds
  • M&A advisors & business brokers
  • Executive recruiters
  • Nonprofit development officers
  • Anyone who's thought: β€œI don't need a CRM β€” I need my CRM.”

What this is not

  • Not a SaaS product β€” every build is single-tenant and yours.
  • Not a bulk-import machine β€” capture is one profile at a time, of people you're already looking at. Curation is the design.
  • Not a project that drags β€” if it can't be built in about a week, I'll say so on the call.

Beyond relationships

The first build, not the boundary.

Not a relationship business? The offer doesn't change. If there's a tool you keep wishing existed β€” a deal tracker, a client-intake system, a research desk, an operations brain for the thing only you do β€” it's the same shape: one call, about a week, one flat fee, and software you own outright. The relationship OS is simply the first one I've put on the wall.

Start

Tell me how your network works.

Two lines on how your relationship work runs today is plenty. I'll reply with what I'd build for you.
